I love the ease of cooking with stainless steel as well as the easy clean up. I regret the years that I would look longingly at stainless steel and think that it was difficult to use. I used a hodge podge of nonstick and cast iron pieces but it wasn't a lot of fun.
After awhile I thought "What the heck? HOW HARD can it be?" There was a bit of a learning curve. Food would stick. So I researched what to do. Ah ha--heat the pan first! And then heat the oil. All of a sudden I was cooking with stainless and the food wasn't sticking--cooking was fun again!
